We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within a specified period, provided the items are in original condition.

Return and Exchange Window

  • For Refunds: We offer refunds or store credit on eligible items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • For Exchanges: We offer exchanges on eligible items within 60 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return


To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • Returned with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and paperwork.

  • Accompanied by a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return


Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Custom or special orders: This includes items that have been personalized, custom-designed, or specially ordered to your specifications.

  • Engraved or altered items: Items that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise modified are considered final sale.

  • Earrings: For hygienic reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

  • Clearance or final sale items: Any item explicitly marked as final sale cannot be returned.

  • Worn or damaged items: Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Refund Process


Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Assurance department, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. The timeframe for the credit to appear depends on your financial institution.

Restocking Fee

If you received an item as a gift with a gift receipt, you may return it for an exchange or store credit of equal value.
